Bring the whole family to HCCC to enjoy all-day craft demonstrations by local artist guilds, current exhibitions, live entertainment and hands-on activities. In the Craft Garden, from 11 AM – 3 PM, join local drum maker, Adam Carman, and friends for live African drumming and a drum-making workshop for all ages. In the parking lot, join fiber artist Ann Morton in making hooked-rug squares to contribute to our upcoming fall exhibition, What Happened Today?.

The Museum Experience features four walkable “zones” to help visitors navigate through the Houston Museum District and learn more about all 19 museums in a more personal way. On the last Saturday of January, April, July and September, each zone showcases a handful of museums at a time, complete with special programming, pedicabs in select zones and food trucks.
