Explore the art of chainmail, inspired by the kinky themes of Max Adrian’s work in RIPSTOP! Chainmail is made up of small metal rings, linked together in a pattern to form a mesh-like fabric. An ancient craft popularly associated with medieval armor, chainmail can add a touch of historical charm to any outfit. Beyond its use for protection, contemporary chainmail has seen a revival in fashion trends, and chainmail accessories are seen as symbols of creative individuality. In this workshop, participants will learn one of three chainmail designs to create their own choker necklace. Choosing from a selection of various colors and sizes of jump rings, attendees will leave with their own unique and edgy piece of chainmail jewelry!
Note: The workshop takes place in person and inside the HCCC building. Space is limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
