Ude.” This exhibition looks at the unique-yet-common experience of growing up in an immigrant family through the lens of the artist’s own Nigerian-American upbringing. Learn how Joy explores ongoing intergenerational and cross-border conversations taking place within the Nigerian diaspora and beyond through a combination of modern and traditional fiber techniques and sculptures.
