Join HCCC in the Front Gallery for a weaving demonstration by Future Tradition artist Melissa Cody, a fourth-generation Navajo weaver.

At the demonstration, learn how Melissa designs her pieces on a stand-up loom, incorporating precise geometric forms and recognizable graphic elements from the traditions of Navajo weaving. Imbuing her pieces with a stirring graphic vitality and personal voice, Melissa is one of the most exciting young textile artists of today.
